The guild held our 3rd annual Fancy Party this weekend! It's always fun to get a chance to hang out with everyone outside of the usual classes and sparring nights, and this particular event is great for wearing those clothes you don't usually get to wear because the outfit would be "too much" anywhere else. We're already looking forward to the next one!

We held an Instructor Development day for all current and aspiring instructors in the guild to get a thorough review of the 12 weeks of longsword taster class curriculum. Jacques came down from the Chicago Swordplay Guild to make sure the way we teach the class aligns with how they do it to keep the curriculum consistent across guilds.

Be it known to all who profess the Art of arms – That on Monday, the 17th of November and Thursday, the 20th of November, two thousand twenty-five, Abby Cook, Anna Kreischer, Evan Gordon and Jess Stoffer; all novices of the Nebraska Swordfighters Guild did present themselves for testing in the Armizare of Fiore Dei Liberi to advance to the rank of Compagno in the guild. Following a successful examination in abrazare and the spada dui mani it is my honor to congratulate Abby
